I went here for my birthday to get my makeup done, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. They refused to honor the prices listed on their own Instagram. The makeup artist didn't even know the prices they had posted, and then told me she could have done "all of that" at her home for $140. To make things worse, she called my makeup "basic and boring." When I politely asked if she could remove the eye look she did on me, she got upset, said it would be a waste of product, and threatened to charge me extra if I wanted it taken off. She was rude and had a terrible attitude the entire time. This was supposed to be my birthday makeup, and she almost ruined my birthday. My mother was with me and still gave her a $20 tip at the end, which she didn't deserve. On top of that, I had to completely fix my makeup when I got home because it wasn’t done well. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. Ps. I don’t remember the makeup artists name but she was darkskin with two dermal piercings and an upper lip piercing.
The Service at Cue Beauty is amazing ! The workers are very informative & give great options depending on which service you choose. Vanessa is so bubbly and welcoming and I love the energy she brings, she is fast and efficient and will have you in and out! I love that they have a variety of lashes to choose from, so you can do dramatic or soft and natural.
